Authorized tenant representatives may log onto the IMPAK site to place service requests. If you do not remember your username or password, please contact the Building Management Office at energycrossing@lpc.com or (281) 646-1559.
If you are placing the service request after hours and need immediate response, please call (281) 646-1559 and the answering service will dispatch the on-call Engineer.
